When you're trying to make yourself visible in a world where almost everyone is doing the same thing you are, it can be difficult to keep yourself motivated. It can often feel that the hours of writing, photo taking and editing you're doing is going un-noticed and underappreciated when realistically, that's not the case. It's just there's so many of us all trying to get to the same place.
I'd be lying if I said my motivation was sky-high 24/7 because, in reality, it really isn't. I spend the majority of my days complaining about how much I have to do rather than actually doing it. And then, when I actually do get work done I huff and moan about how shit I think it is.
Now, don't get me wrong, I love what I do and I wouldn't want to do anything else. It's just, sometimes it's so difficult when you're only a small blogger. Because, when you're just starting out it can be so draining on your resources! You run low on time, energy and mostly money. You find you're spending a lot more money than you're making, that's if you're making anything at all. But in the end, if you love what you're doing it'll all be worth it.
